The Walden Woods Project is a non-profit that preserves the land, literature and legacy of Henry David Thoreau.
We have launched this app with a tour of the Walden Pond State Reservation, intended for a wide audience of visitors to use when at the Reservation or remotely.
Additional tour experiences will be added that focus on more particular themes within the Reservation and feature other noteworthy sites within historic Walden Woods.
The Walden Woods Project is pleased to offer this app for free, to encourage greater enjoyment and understanding of Thoreau’s Walden Woods.
